4. Purchases and Payments

Defense Kits are sold on a one-time purchase basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated fee to your payment method.

Refund Policy: Because Defense Kits are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your Defense Kit has been generated and delivered to your email address. If you did not receive your Defense Kit due to a technical error on our end, please contact us at support@fightmyviolation.com and we will re-deliver it at no charge.

5. Accuracy of Information

The quality and relevance of your Defense Kit depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your violation. FightMyViolation is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete Defense Kits resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Defense Kits are generated using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should independently verify any specific legal citations, ordinance references, or procedural requirements before relying on them.

6. Intellectual Property

The FightMyViolation website, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by FightMyViolation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your Defense Kit is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Defense Kit content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false or misleading information about a violation.
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access Defense Kits without purchasing them.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Service.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Resell or redistribute Defense Kit content for commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIGHTMYVIOLATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE DEFENSE KIT IN QUESTION.
